As part of the humanitarian and service initiatives undertaken by the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH) during the mass pilgrimage of Arbaeen, students from the College of Nursing contributed to the medical posts at Al-Shaheed Al-Muhandis Hospital. They assisted in treating emergency cases and providing direct healthcare services to pilgrims of Imam Hussain’s (PBUH) Arbaeen.
This participation reflects the university’s commitment to its social responsibility and aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, by delivering healthcare services to pilgrims. It also supports Goal 4: Quality Education, by providing students with practical experience in the medical field. Furthermore, these efforts exemplify Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through collaboration with healthcare institutions to enhance the quality of services provided to visitors.
Through such initiatives, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH) reaffirms its dedication to combining academic and humanitarian roles, strengthening its mission to serve the community and produce graduate students capable of actively contributing to sustainable development.
