Hosted by the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), the Third Fatimid Women’s Forum for Leadership and Strategy commenced in the presence of Prof. Dr Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, President of the University.
The forum was organised by Warith Academy for Sustainable Development and Strategic Studies, in collaboration with the College of Law and the College of Administration and Economics, with the aim of strengthening women’s roles in legal and strategic leadership and highlighting their contributions to the development of legislative and judicial systems.
The event aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly Goal 5: Gender Equality, which focuses on empowering all women and girls—by supporting the active participation of women in the legal and judicial sectors in decision-making and strategic development.
The forum featured a scholarly lecture delivered by Sheikh Noor Al-Saadi titled “Managing Legal Crises in Islamic Societies: A Strategic Reading in Personal Status Law”, which addressed the Ja’fari legal code and its role in promoting justice, protecting family cohesion, and fostering social stability and sustainable development.
