His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Naeem Al-Aboudi, honoured Professor Dr Waqed Hameed Al-Moussawi, Assistant President for Academic Affairs at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University, in recognition of his distinguished efforts and active contribution to a specialised training programme aimed at building the capacity of fifty Iraqi researchers and preparing professional trainers in the field of scientific research and academic development.
