Assistant Professor Dr. Shaimaa Hussein Nofal, Dean of the College of Science at University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, participated as a member of the doctoral dissertation defense committee in Physics for the candidate Saif Mohammed Nima Hantoush. The defense was held at the College of Science, Department of Physics, at University of Babylon.

The dissertation was entitled:
“Radiation Shielding and Antibacterial Activity of a Chitosan/Polyvinyl Alcohol Blend Modified with Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles.”

Dr. Shaimaa Hussein Nofal’s participation reflected a collaborative scientific approach and academic cooperation between the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa and the University of Babylon. Her presence contributed to enriching the discussion and providing specialized insights in the field of physics.

The scientific committee comprised a distinguished group of professors specializing in physics.
