Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Academic and Humanitarian Cooperation

With God's grace, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the College of Medicine at Warith Al-Anbiya University (peace be upon him) and the Mercy Organization for Child Health, in the presence of Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Saadoun Al-Ghazi, Dean of the College, and Dr. Iman Rashid Al-Obaidi, Head of the Organization.

This memorandum aims to strengthen academic and humanitarian cooperation between the two parties through the exchange of scientific and professional expertise, the organization of joint medical conferences and events, and the development of the skills of students and medical staff at the College. The agreement also seeks to implement free medical campaigns for the early detection of congenital heart defects in children and to support the most vulnerable patients, especially orphans and the poor, by performing catheterization procedures and advanced surgeries in cooperation with specialized centers.

This scientific and humanitarian partnership opens a wide door for applied research projects that contribute to improving the state of medical education and healthcare, while simultaneously affirming the College of Medicine's commitment to its role in serving the community and building bridges of cooperation with institutions with a noble mission. The Mercy Organization for Child Health also announces that it is opening its doors to medical students who wish to join and participate in its field and research activities, which will contribute to enhancing their humanitarian and professional awareness and support their academic and practical career.
