The College of Computer Science and Information Technology / Women’s Affairs Unit at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) organized a scientific seminar entitled “Women and Technology: Financing Digital Initiatives and Integration into the Labor Market” on 17-2-2026. The seminar was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Nabil Sadiq Al-Sharifi, Rapporteur of the Information Technology Department.

The seminar aimed to highlight the role of technology in empowering women and enhancing their participation in the labor market by supporting digital initiatives and emerging technological projects, in addition to explaining ways to obtain funding and emphasizing the importance of developing modern technological skills.

The seminar concluded with an open discussion with students about the importance of supporting women’s digital initiatives and strengthening their participation in the fields of technology and the labor market.
