The registration process continued smoothly and in an orderly manner inside the designated tent for receiving students, despite the rainy conditions and notable turnout. The process was conducted under the direct supervision of the University President, Professor Dr Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayyawi, who carried out an on-site review of the operational mechanisms and the level of services provided. He reaffirmed the University Presidency’s commitment to ensuring a well-organised and comfortable administrative environment for students.
This organisational effort is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), by ensuring equitable and well-structured access to higher education and its procedures; Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), through the improvement of temporary infrastructure and the utilisation of organisational solutions that facilitate smooth workflow; and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), by enhancing institutional performance efficiency and delivering transparent and effective administrative services.
