The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa Receives Ministerial Committee to Review Student Accommodation and Enhance the Residential Environment

The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa received the ministerial committee responsible for overseeing student accommodation in universities. The visit aimed to assess the current state of university housing and to review the standard of services provided to students.

The visit was conducted under the supervision of the Department of Student Accommodation Affairs within the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority. The committee met with the University’s Administrative and Academic Assistants and discussed mechanisms for developing the infrastructure of the student residences, as well as ways to enhance the quality of services offered to students.

The programme included a site visit to the student accommodation building and a review of progress on the ongoing development project. The committee examined completion rates and evaluated measures to ensure the provision of a safe and suitable residential environment that supports students’ academic stability.

This visit forms part of the University’s commitment to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In particular, it advances Goal 4: Quality Education, by providing a supportive educational and residential environment that promotes academic attainment. It also contributes to Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, through the development of safe and well-equipped residential facilities that meet students’ needs. In addition, it supports Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, by strengthening governance and institutional oversight of the quality of university services.
