🎀 Early Detection… Awareness Saves Lives

Under the patronage of the President of Warith Al-Anbiya University, Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Saadoun Al-Ghazi, the College held an awareness seminar entitled:

“Early Detection of Breast Cancer.” The seminar was presented by Dr. Raghad Numan Talib, a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology and a faculty member at the College of Medicine.

The seminar addressed the importance of early detection and its role in reducing the incidence of the disease and its complications, in addition to methods of prevention and warning signs that necessitate a visit to a specialist.

Dr. Raghad also emphasized the necessity of spreading health awareness among women and girls to limit the spread of this disease and enhance the chances of early recovery.

This seminar is part of the College of Medicine's ongoing awareness programs to promote public health and disseminate a culture of early disease detection.
